Adaptation to the new DLE additional fields system

The module has been rewritten to work correctly with the updated additional fields class

• support for the new data storage and processing format
• correct handling of multilingual and complex additional fields
• no conflicts with third-party modules and plugins

Transition to new tags and the current DLE template syntax

All functionality has been aligned with the engine's current capabilities:

• obsolete template tags have been updated
• the data output logic has been improved
• compatibility with new versions of DLE has been increased without the need to modify site templates
