Key features and settings

Flexible control over the number of similar news items
You independently determine how many materials will be displayed when viewing the full news item — from a compact block to an extended selection.

Publication date restriction
The plugin can take into account only fresh materials from a specified number of days. If necessary, the restriction can be disabled, analyzing the entire database without time limits.

Smart text analysis
A configurable word limit is used for comparison, which makes it possible to find a balance between matching accuracy and processing speed. The fewer words, the faster the result, without losing relevance.

Minimum similarity control
You set the minimum match percentage below which news items will not be shown. This excludes irrelevant materials and makes the block truly useful for the reader.

Efficient caching
The results of selecting similar news items are stored in the cache for a specified number of hours. This greatly reduces the number of SQL queries and significantly lowers the load on the server.
