Consent Pro

The module adds a user consent block for personal data processing to any site forms.

Supported:

• mandatory consent to personal data processing
• additional consent to email newsletters
• customizable consent text
• link to the privacy policy page

The consent text is edited in the admin panel.

Each user consent is automatically recorded in the log.

The system records:

• date and time of consent
• user or guest name
• email
• IP address
• the page from which the form was submitted
• consent to personal data processing
• consent to mailing

This makes it possible to confirm the fact of user consent at any time.

In the log, you can quickly find the needed record by:

• email
• IP address
• user name

This is especially useful when processing user requests or checking consents.

The module automatically calculates:

• total number of consents
• number of consents in the last 24 hours
• percentage of users who agreed to receive newsletters
• number of consents from registered users

This helps analyze the effectiveness of forms on the site.

All log entries can be exported to a CSV file with one click.

Exported data:

• record ID
• date
• user
• email
• IP
• consent to PD
• consent to mailing
• form submission page

The file can be used for reporting or archive storage.

To comply with the data retention policy, a function for deleting old records is provided.

The administrator can delete all consents older than one year with one click.

The module supports several layout options for the consent block:

• accent
• checkbox style

The design automatically adapts to mobile devices.
