On March 20, 2026, at approximately 06:00 local time, an abnormal situation was recorded that affected the operation of our services. As a result of the failure, the key user interaction tools temporarily stopped functioning — the store bot and the technical support bot. This led to the inability to place orders via Telegram, as well as delays in processing customer requests.

Immediately after the issue was detected, our team began prompt diagnostics. Comprehensive checks of the server infrastructure, communication channels, and integrations with external services were carried out. During the analysis, we were able to identify the cause of the failure, which affected the mechanisms for processing incoming requests and interacting with the API. Despite the complexity of the situation, we implemented the necessary measures to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

During the recovery process, work was carried out to stabilize connections, restart key modules, and further optimize the system to prevent similar incidents in the future. Special attention was paid to ensuring the reliability and resilience of the bots under increased load.

At the moment, the operation of all services has been fully restored. The store bot is functioning normally — users can once again place orders, receive up-to-date information, and use all available features. The technical support bot has also resumed operation and is ready to accept requests without restrictions.

We understand how important the stable operation of our services is, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the recovery work. For our part, we will continue to improve the monitoring and response system to minimize the likelihood of similar situations recurring.

If you still have questions or have encountered any difficulties, please contact technical support — we are always ready to help.
